The BSBA program in Restaurant Management Is an interdisciplinary program that is comprised of business administration and hospitality education courses. It is designed to develop the operational and managerial skills needed by future leaders in the restaurant industry. Courses include basic culinary arts, food service, menu planning and design, and cost control systems.
Graduates of this program can become Trainees, F & B Senior Staff, Kitchen Staff, Human Resource Staff, Cashier, Food Attendant, Restaurant sales and marketing staff.
